Forbidden Fruit

It looks like my vampire story Kells will be on Forbidden Fruit next month. This was good news for me. As much as I used to fight the urge to write vampire stories, Kells is one of three I have published. Red By Any Other Name is femdomme, Feed is (I so love saying this) Vampires - In Space!, and Kells is, well, I almost hesitate to say Kells is a vampire story because it isn't about being a vampire. It's about that moment where an intense crush swings to hate. I've often thought Kells would make a good novel. So would Feed, actually. But then I'd have to write a suspense/space opera story, and my big dare to myself this year is trying my hand at a mystery. Maybe next year I'll let the guys from Feed escape the ship's sick bay, and then make them fight to stay out of the morgue.
