The Coming Year

Now is a good time to look at my writing for the coming year. Unfortunately, I still have stuff hanging out there from this year. *grrr* If my vampires sell well, I'll write more of them. I already have a story arc for several novellas. I need to spend more time on my short stories. I've been so tied up in the rewrite of a novel (different pen name) that I haven't been able to do much else. Once I feel that's ready, I'm going to concentrate on getting some short stories out to editors. Most of my stories are BDSM, but my vampires aren't. I can't decide if I should concentrate on BDSM or just go wherever my imagination leads. I always wonder if readers follow me because they only want BDSM, or if they just like my stories in general. The non-BDSM ones don't seem to sell as well. Maybe I should look into another Ophir story following The Harem Boy. Opinions welcome!
